Submission Terms and Author's Rights
Bulletin of Cherkasy State Technological University publishes research findings in the fields of computer systems and software, computer modelling, methods of data collection, processing, and visualisation, simulation modelling, computer networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications technologies, and radio signal processing.
The editorial board accepts articles written in:
- Ukrainian
- English (British variant).
The English-language version is accepted only if it is either:
- an original, or
- a professional translation prepared by a qualified specialist.
Manuscripts prepared using automatic translation tools without proper editing will not be considered.
After submission, any changes in the list of authors are not permitted.
Manuscripts should be submitted in electronic format to the editorial e-mail (info@bulletin-chstu.com.ua) or through the official online submission form available in the “Submit an Article” section of the website.
Required files:
- Main text of the article (without author details).
- Author information (in Ukrainian and English), including:
• full name;
• academic degree, academic title, and position; place of employment (full name of the institution and department);
• postal address of the institution;
• contact phone number and e-mail address;
• each author is required to have an ORCID identifier.
File names must correspond to the surname of the first author, for example: Sydorenko_Article.docx, Sydorenko_AuthorInfo.docx.
Submission format: .doc / .docx (Microsoft Word).
Manuscripts that do not comply with technical or structural requirements may be returned without review.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is considered to be the day it arrives at the editorial office. The editorial board reserves the right to decline manuscripts that do not correspond to the journal’s thematic focus or submission requirements. Authors will be informed of the editorial decision via e-mail.
All manuscripts are checked for academic integrity and originality. Instances of plagiarism, duplicate submission, or publication without proper citation constitute grounds for rejection of the article.
Materials are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY. The Author agrees to the terms by submitting their materials for publication in the Licensee’s editions. The Author confirms that the work does not violate copyright and has not been published elsewhere. The Author retains copyright, granting the Publisher the right of first publication under the CC-BY license, including the right to publish articles in English, distribute print and electronic versions, and translate the materials. A proper bibliographic reference or hyperlink to the article on the journal’s website is mandatory.
