The methods of integrated control by the threats of ensuring of the values of medical projects stakeholders
Abstract
The processes of European integration, universal globalization, in accordance with international requirements, norms and standards, require from Ukraine significant changes in all branches of economy, including the Healthcare System. Reforming and further effective functioning of Healthcare System requires the implementation of a large number of projects and programs both at the state level and at the level of regions and individual medical institutions. Strategic management by project-oriented medical institution (POMI) is intended to ensure the competitive effective functioning of POMI and its sustainable development in the long term, based on the securing of the values of all stakeholders of the POMI, which are: shareholders (owners); consumers of medical services (patients and society as an integrated consumer of medical services), business processes; medical and auxiliary staff of POMI. The article proposes the methods of integrated management by the threats of providing the values of POMI stakeholders, namely: methods for proactive planning of reactions for the threats and situational threat's management of POMI's medical project. Further testing and correction of methods for different types of medical projects will increase their efficiency, flexibility and adaptability of POMI's strategic management and the management of its projects to the volatile current Ukrainian conditions, competition and high risks
