Impacts on the formation of customized project management methodology
Abstract
It is established that the analysis, classification and prediction of impact result is one of the key factors for successful formation of customized project management methodology (CPMM) and its use in the project-oriented enterprises. The impacts acting on CPMM formation, that is: knowledge impacts of project management meta-methodology, external impacts , internal impacts and additional impacts on CPMM formation, are singled out. The results of impacts action without using project management meta-methodology (PMMM) are described and their positive and negative features are characterized. It is proposed to identify positive effects on the formation of CMMM and to form the "wrapper" of their positive action in order to mitigate negative impacts . Such "wrapper" is presented by the set of PMMM principles that form the basis of positive impacts and provide counteraction to negative impacts on the formation of CPMM. These principles will enable to direct the main management efforts in order to neutralize the action of undesirable effects
