In the formation and development of innovative economy the science-based, high-tech industries and productions play the decisive role. The aim of this issue is to identify and analyze the features of science-based enterprises, to define the problems and peculiarities of their projects management. The problem of development of science-intensive production is particularly acute in Ukraine. Today the science-based manufacturing face to a significant downturn. Some of them are redeveloped for products of lower technological level, others are idle and lose their industrial capacity, without orders, and funds for renovation and maintenance. On the other hand, the potential of science-based productions objectively represents the stabilizing factor of the anti-crisis development. The main goal of innovative science-based enterprises is to work at the implementation of projects for the development and production of high-tech and science-based products.
