In order to comply with legal requirements and occupy leading positions in the market, Ukrainian companies are increasingly implementing management systems based on international standards – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and others. Thus, 2004 quality management systems, 100 environmental management systems and 28 health and safety management systems were certified during the period of 2012 – 2014. The results show that additive model of management systems integrating is the most appropriate one at this stage. The integrated management system becomes fundamental for enterprise activity improving, allows to successfully operate in the future and obtain the potential benefits, unites all concerned parties around a common goal and as a result – the company operates efficiently in intense competitive environment
