Model of screw linear piezoelectric motor
Abstract
The topic of liquid fertilizers in Ukraine is a trend of the last few years. The application of liquid mineral fertilizers instead of granular ones during sowing is gaining popularity among Ukrainian agricultural producers. This technology is especially relevant, according to experts, in regions with moisture deficiency, and also in those farms where resource-saving agriculture is practiced. Many manufacturers of agricultural machinery today go the way of modernizing existing models of tillage and sowing machines with additional equipment for applying liquid fertilizers. The equipment provides for the installation of special containers for the working solution on the frame of the unit. At the same time, wide hoses, which are supplied with fertilizers using pumps, are connected to each opener. Thus, the application of liquid fertilizers occurs together with the sowing of seeds, at the expense of special dispensers. In the work, a new design of a dispenser with a piezoceramic motor is proposed and manufactured. In the experimental model, a new technical solution is used to regulate the flow rate. An equivalent electrical model of a helical linear piezoelectric motor based on the method of electromechanical analogies, which will allow to develop a control scheme (driver) more quickly, has been developed. Using the developed equivalent electrical model of the helical linear piezoelectric motor, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of bimorphic piezoelements of the motor upon excitation of one bimorphic piezo element have been obtained. The obtained data show that the influence of the oscillation of one bimorphic piezo element on others has decreased due to the reduction of stiffening ribs. The results of the research can be used in the design of liquid fertilizer dispensers with a piezoceramic motor
