Immigational model of decision-making in management by organizational and technological objects

Tetiana Prokopenko

Abstract

The article discusses the main question of the development of a simulation model for decision making in the management of organizational and technological objects and complexes. The current pace of change and technology development requires the use of adequate research methodologies in real time. Decision-making in the management of organizational and technological objects should be based on an integrated combination of formalized methods, intellectual methods and heuristic methods. To increase the efficiency of managing complex organizational and technological facilities, especially in conditions of uncertainty and risks, it is expedient to use complex methods and approaches. This will ensure the processing of a significant amount of information in real time, automated management of certain processes, decision making taking into account the current state, future prospects and risks. The author applied the multi-agent approach. The simulation model provides a forecast of the dynamics of achievement of goals, dynamics of changes in performance indicators when making the appropriate managerial decision. On the basis of the simulation model we implement the choice of the optimal solution. This approach is recommended for application in the development of automated control systems for technological complexes of continuous type, including at enterprises, corporations of chemical, food, and other industries. Research results can also be applied in decision support systems for sugar industry enterprises
