Application of cognitive fuzzy model of project-oriented medical establishment for integrated management by its portfolio
Abstract
The urgency of the issue of Ukraine's integration with Europe and the world, providing a sustainable competitive health system in line with European and international standards, ensuring of quality medical services in Ukrainian present conditions, the implementation of project approach in medical field require the analysis and increase of efficiency of management by medical establishments, the development and application of innovative tools for integrated management by medical institutions as project-oriented organizations. The article is to develop mathematical tools based on fuzzy cognitive case record of project-oriented medical establishment (POME) as a component of the methodology for integrated management by medical institutions, which should include appropriate heuristics on the formation of medical projects, portfolios of medical projects, programs of medical projects in order to form determination rules of strategies to ensure value for POME stakeholders
