Teacher’s electronic portfolio – an alternative form of evaluation of his educational activities and professionalism
Abstract
Problematic issues are considered related to the development and use of alternative forms of evaluation of teachers and the pedagogical skills and professionalism. The feasibility of using electronic portfolios teacher in pedagogical activity is analyzed. Structure and function of an electronic portfolio defined by its features and benefits analyzed. Method of creating an electronic portfolio presented to quickly and efficiently teaching career and professionalism of the teacher to assess. Electronic portfolios are didactic and methodical complex for the perfect organization of educational process, a means of monitoring teacher professional development, adjustment and selfcorrection. This, together promotes educational activities and teacher professionalism. Further studies are identified requirements for design and content of e-portfolios teacher, teachers specificity Portfolio different cycles of disciplines, portfolio high school teachers and others
