The development of automated system of medical research records
Abstract
Introduction. Reforming of health protection of Ukraine is impossible without a radical change of organization and management system. Large-volume automated personalized database, accumulated in health care system, opens up entirely new possibilities of research and allow for unique in design research. One of the main directions of the use of automated systems in medicine consists in the introduction of paperless documents circulation. The purpose of scientific work. This study aims at the development and implementation of automated software system of medical clients records ''Sudmedekspertyza'', which would allow to manipulate a large number of medical data. Formulation of the problem. The article considers the nature of forensic expertise and explores the process of creating an automated system for medical research ''Sudmedekspertyza''. Summary of the main part. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary: - to study a subject area for creation of automated system of medical research; - to determine functional requirements for the system; - to analyze existing analogues in medical systems, workstations and automated modules; - to select database structure and means for its implementation; - to design database structure for information storage; - to select the means for tool software development; - to make software implementation. The result is a product development in the programming language Java. Automated system of medical research ''Sudmedekspertyza'' is a software tool for laboratory data storage, which is designed to facilitate forensic examination, as in its base contains detailed information about the patient, the family, the cause of death and laboratory findings of doctors. Conclusions. The quality and efficiency of forensic medicine largely depend on the use of modern technologies. The problem belongs to the class of tasks that perform preservation and manipulation by a large number of medical data. The program is designed to maintain medical records of clients. Clear and user-friendly interface enables you to program. It is a network application, i.e. it can simultaneously operate a large number of users
