Art projects, their features and definitions
Abstract
The major art forms include fine art that consists of painting, drawing, sculpture and artistic photo. Artistic images are created in a plane or a space and characterized by visual details and the immutability of time. A picture, color, plastic art, shade that allow to create visible images of objects ate specific art means of fine art. They are unique in every kind of fine arts. So, speaking about creative project, it can be regarded as relatively isolated internally coherent kind of activity, which is based, on the one hand, on innovative idea or technology, and on the other hand, on a clear algorithm of goal-related tasks, activities, resources, performers and performance indicators. By analogy with classical definition, the definition of an art project is introduced. Art project is a completed cycle of artistic activity that aims to create an original work of art in a limited time and with limited resources. During the research specific features of art projects, such as: the purpose of creative project, which is very mobile and plastic; the personification of project product; specific requirements to resources (to material means, to the terms of realization, in fact, to the artist, to his personal characteristics); high risk due to subjective perception of art project product, are highlighted. The conclusion concerning the possibility of the use of project-based approach to project management in creative environment is made
