Project management particular qualities at instrument-making enterprise
Abstract
Formulation of the problem. Economic development induces the productions to aggressively compete for the influence in world markets. Those companies are winning which react quickly to market changes and needs and can adjust to manufacture products after new requirements and to organize the production with lower cost than others. Therefore, there is a need to expand the methodology of management by projects, models, methods and means of construction management of all equipment. The aim of the article is to present the authors' experience in creating the project management system directed toward the specificity of instrument-making industry. Basic material research. Instrument-making enterprises refer to design-oriented organizations whose activities are aimed at efficient management by investments. Many changes, the lack of coordination between departments, et cet. cause problems in the management of the enterprise, leading to delays in the production of finished products. As the large part of instrument-making enterprises activities is project-oriented and taking into account the nature of production equipment which is by the piece and focused on the needs of specific customer, it is necessary to create project management systems at such enterprises. To create a project management system it is necessary to implement the project of the creation of project-driven instrument-making enterprises (project SPPV). During the project implementation one should solve a number of problems. The aim is to create SPPV project management system, which is aimed at efficient use of all resources of instrument-making enterprises during fulfillment of various projects. Project management system of instrument-making enterprise is a product of SPPV project and must provide the necessary quality of production equipment control. Project management system consists of the following components: 1.Organization of project management. 2.Methodology of project management. 3. Matrix information technology of project management. Conclusions and recommendations for further research. The creation of a system of project management at instrument-making enterprise enables to realize all processes so that all stakeholders (managers, employees, hired experts et al.) have been satisfied. In future the authors plan to develop a commercial version of matrix information technology tools and distribute them to enterprises of Ukraine
