The article is devoted to the creation of information-educational environment and electronic campus in technological HEI’s educational process which is based on the systems of zero client and , personal virtual computer. Conceptual approach to the creation of information-educational environment is considered by the experience of Cherkasy State Technological University (Engineering University). Modern tools and technologies of the realization of information-educational environment of engineering university are considered in the article. These developments can be used in the implementation of modern information technologies in HEI’s educational process.
