The article is devoted to the creation of information-educational environment and electronic campus in technological HEI’s educational process which is based on the systems of zero client and , personal virtual computer. Conceptual approach to the creation of information-educational environment is considered by the experience of Cherkasy State Technological University (Engineering University). Modern tools and technologies of the realization of information-educational environment of engineering university are considered in the article. These developments can be used in the implementation of modern information technologies in HEI’s educational process. Technical decisions of the construction of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure using the systems of zero client and personal virtual computer to create information-educational environment in Cherkasy State Technological University are offered
