In 2005, graduated from Cherkasy State Technological University with a degree in Computer Systems and Networks and received a qualification as a systems engineer.

From 2005 to 2008, studied at the postgraduate program of Cherkasy State Technological University, specializing in 05.13.05 - Computer Systems and Components.

In 2009, in the specialised academic council K73.052.01 at Cherkasy State Technological University, he defended his dissertation on "Methods and means of increasing the reliability and efficiency of data transmission in computer video surveillance systems" for the degree of of PhD in Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.13.05 – Computer Systems and Components (scientific adviser – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Leha Yu.H.).

In 2012, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Systems at Cherkasy State Technological University.

From 2014 to 2017, he was a doctoral student at Cherkasy State Technological University, specialty 05.12.13 – radio engineering devices and telecommunications.

In 2018, in the specialised academic council D 26.062.17 at the National Aviation University, he defended his dissertation on "Methodology of information security based on factorial data encoding" for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.13.21 – information security systems (scientific adviser - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Rudnytskyi V.M.).

In 2020, he was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Information Security and Computer Engineering at Cherkasy State Technological University.

Research interests:

- methodology of information security based on factorial data encoding.

- development of methods and tools for generating random sequences of numbers, as well as assessing their quality.

Other achievements

Member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the examination of projects of scientific works, scientific and technical (experimental) developments of young scientists.

Scientific supervisor of the state budget scientific and technical (experimental) development "Development of a mobile system of secure information exchange for military and civilian units of state structures" (state registration number 0120U102607).

Editor-in-Chief of the collection of scientific papers "Bulletin of Cherkasy State Technological University".

Member of the editorial board of the scientific journal "Information Security".
